Medical Supplies & Human Resources Support Specialist

Dependable Home Health is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to join our team in a unique dual-role position supporting both our Clinical Operations and Human Resources departments.

What You'll Do

Clinical Support – Medical Supplies

• Coordinate medical supply orders for home health patients.
• Contact Durable Medical Equipment (DME) vendors to place new supply orders and monthly refills.
• Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate order updates with clinicians and patients.
• Document supply orders and communications in WellSky (Kinnser).
• Maintain accurate tracking spreadsheets and reports.

Human Resources Support

• Conduct employment reference checks.
• Assist with filing, scanning, and maintaining employee records.
• Prepare employee identification badges for new hires.
• Support compliance reporting and HR documentation.
• Assist with additional Human Resources projects and administrative tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical supply ordering and management REQUIRED
• Previous administrative, healthcare, medical office, or HR support experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Physical Requirements

• Mild bending and lifting.
• Moderate standing and walking throughout the day.
• Frequent computer and telephone use.
