As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Specialist Program/Lawyers Program business group within Aon Affinity.

What the day will look like:
- Support the team with policy renewals, client service, and retention for the Lawyers program
- Communicate with clients via email correspondence and phone
- Follow up on client inquiries
- Process certificate requests, endorsements, and policy changes
How this opportunity is different:
This role is an introduction to the Aon Affinity Specialty Programs team. You will be encouraged to learn and grow while supporting your colleagues and assisting our clients in the Lawyers Program.
Skills and experience that will lead to success:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service, office experience
- Insurance or financial services industry experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $45,000 to $50,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
