We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded
Regional Business Analyst to support the growth and profitability
of our Aroma Molecules business across the EAME region.
In this role, you will act as a strategic business partner to the
Regional VP Sales and the commercial organization, providing
market intelligence, demand validation, forecasting insights, and
commercial analytics. You will transform complex market and
business data into actionable recommendations that support
strategic decisions, improve forecast accuracy, and drive
profitable growth.

• 
  Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration,

• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Business Analytics tools like

• Solid understanding of forecasting methodologies, demand

• Experience working with predictive analytics and AI-enabled

• A background in procurement analytics, spend analysis,

• Experience within F&F, preferably ingredients, specialty

• Commercially minded with the ability to connect market

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the

• Strategic thinker with a high level of intellectual curiosity,

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, international, and matrix based

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The expected annual salary range for this position is USD 108,500.00 – USD 145,000.00. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performance.
