- Collaborate closely with surveyors, engineers, architects, and project managers to interpret survey data and translate it into detailed CAD designs
- Create accurate 2D plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents that meet project specifications and industry standards
- Utilize visualization tools like SketchUp and 3ds Max to produce realistic renderings for client presentations and internal reviews
- Prepare detailed system designs for mechanical, interior, or graphic applications, ensuring integration with overall project workflows
- Review and refine drawings for compliance with quality standards and project requirements while maintaining efficiency in delivery timelines
- Support the integration of CAD models into larger BIM (Building Information Modeling) environments such as Revit or ArchiCAD for coordinated project execution
Requirements
- Proven experience in CAD drafting within surveying, construction, or architectural environments with a strong portfolio of completed projects
