To coordinate and assist the provider to ensure safe quality/cost effective service and care for the people within the practice population.
What We're Looking For:
Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
- Certified Medical Assistant requirements: Graduate of Certified Medical Assistant program. Certifications allowed through American Association of Medical Assistants. Registered Medical Assistant requirements: Registry allowed through Association of Medical Technologists.
Experience: Previous work in a medical setting, preferred.
Licensure/Certification: Current certification as CMA or RMA, required.
Additional Skills Required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department specific skills validation and competency testing.
