Responsibilities

• Room patients, obtain vital signs, and document histories and intake information.
• Perform phlebotomy and administer intramuscular vitamin injections as directed, within your training and authorized responsibilities.
• Assist providers with hormone pellet procedures, injections, and aesthetic treatments.
• Prepare, clean, and stock exam rooms and clinical supplies.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and follow infection-control and patient confidentiality procedures.
• Work with providers and front desk staff to support patient flow and communication.

Qualifications

• Current Medical Assistant certification: CMA, RMA, or CCMA.
• Minimum two years of Medical Assistant experience.
• Phlebotomy, injection, vital-sign, and EMR experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and dependability.

Experience in hormone therapy, wellness, or aesthetics is welcome but not required.

Schedule

Approximately 32 hours per week, Tuesday–Friday. Some flexibility is appreciated to adjust hours or occasionally work an additional day when teammates are off or patient volume increases. Availability and coverage expectations will be discussed during the interview.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
