Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Chinese-inspired entrées and side dishes in a high-volume kitchen.
- Operate commercial wok stations efficiently during service.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and minimizing food waste.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience cooking American Chinese cuisine in a fast-paced restaurant.
