The Role:
Santa Monica, CA
Crafty’s Food & Beverage Associates are the face of our in-office Concierge pantry program. They are the human element and the friendly face that leads client-site execution on a daily basis; supporting the site’s product merchandising, inventory management & order replacement, in addition to equipment management.
This is a high-energy role for people who derive joy from a meticulously organized shelf and positive energy from being around people. Crafty is looking for an Associate whose responsibilities will include:
- Merchandising: Take pride in your spaces by owning client’s office kitchens & pantries and highly organized storage rooms, complete expiration checks and product rotations as needed
- Customer Service: With support from your manager, engage with our clients and other Crafty team members onsite, delivering the highest quality service
- Maintenance + Inventory: Perform routine maintenance on machines (such as coffee & kegerators), quality control checks, and completion of task lists (inventory, budget)
- Communication: Communicate and escalate any location needs or safety concerns to your manager, and accurately complete pre/post route paperwork
This is a full-time, hourly role within Crafty that requires availability Monday through Friday with a shift time from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM PT. The position supports one of our San Jose clients and requires meeting the skill-based qualifications outlined below.

- In order to fulfill this role, you must be able to download our Crafty application on your mobile device
- Resilient: Quickly adapts to change, anticipates and addresses challenges with strong problem-solving skills, and maintains a positive attitude to ensure ongoing success.
- Must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time and capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting boxes weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the client site as needed
- Collaborative: Encompasses the ability to work effectively with others towards shared goals while providing and receiving constructive input to enhance individual and team performance
- Demonstrates a team-oriented approach, emphasizing teamwork, supportive behavior, constructive conflict resolution, and a commitment to shared success.
- Autonomy: Autonomy empowers client operations team members to act decisively, innovate, and continuously improve, ultimately leading to enhanced client relationships, operational efficiency, and overall success in their roles through site and task ownership.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail by meticulously overseeing merchandising, inventory management, and ownership responsibilities to ensure precision, consistency, and excellence in all aspects of operations.

Expected Results:
Goal: Achieve a 95% annual client retention rate by delivering top-tier on-site operations and exceptional client experiences, ensuring all client goals are met and exceeded, for at least 6 consecutive months by completing these initiatives:
- Initiative #1: Task Ownership: Complete daily task lists with an average of 95% successful shift completion week over week as measured via Tableau on a monthly basis.
- Initiative #2: Quality control: Maintain an average of 95% or greater on all quality control checks quarterly.
- Initiative #3: Client Satisfaction: Assist in supporting all client requests on a weekly basis, working with your manager and the site point of contact.

Our compensation amount for this role is $24 an hour. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including cost of living based on location, candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
