Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the hotel
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
- Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations with precision and professionalism through hospitality reservation systems
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Assist guests with their needs, including room assignments, special requests, and information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing details, and incident reports while adhering to hotel emergency procedures
- Support night audit operations by reconciling daily transactions and ensuring financial accuracy at the end of each shift
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort or hotel experience
- Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms
- Exceptional customer service skills with problem-solving abilities to address guest concerns effectively
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele
- Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices
- Excellent phone communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for 24/7 guest support
