- Complete minor electrical repairs including switches, outlets, and lighting
- Perform plumbing repairs including toilets, sinks, drains, and fixtures
- Repair drywall, sheetrock, and complete painting projects as needed
- Troubleshoot basic HVAC issues and complete preventative maintenance tasks
- Maintain pool and spa equipment and assist with water chemistry monitoring
- Replace light bulbs and fixtures in guest rooms and common areas
- Repair flooring, ceilings, walls, doors, and other building components
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Assist with exterior upkeep, including snow removal when necessary
- Identify and report maintenance issues and preventative needs
- Follow all safety procedures and hotel standards
Requirements
- Experience in building maintenance, hotel maintenance, or similar role preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use ladders safely
- Reliable and dependable
- Weekend availability as needed
