We clean storefronts, restaurants, offices and shopping centers across Orange County and LA, and we're known for reliable service and spotless glass. Pay: $18/hr plus commission on every recurring account you sign: $50 per monthly account, $100 per biweekly account, $150 per weekly account. Uncapped. Commission is paid after the account's first cleaning is completed and paid. What you'll do: - Visit retail stores, restaurants, offices and shopping centers in person to introduce Ecoshine - Talk with store managers and owners and set up recurring weekly, biweekly or monthly glass cleaning - Hand out flyers and collect contact info and decision-maker names - Log every visit and lead (training provided) - Follow up with interested businesses to close the deal What we're looking for: - Confident, friendly and comfortable starting conversations with strangers - Door-to-door, retail, canvassing or B2B sales experience a plus, not required - Self-motivated and organized, and you keep at it when you hear no - Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and a smartphone - Bilingual (Spanish, Vietnamese or Korean) a plus Why join us: - Flexible part-time hours - Uncapped commission - A simple, easy-to-sell service every storefront needs - Room to grow into a sales lead role
