- Direct lifestyle hotel banquet and catering experience, ideally 3+ years in independent, boutique or luxury hotels
- Proven prospecting and selling experience (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of Delphi, Opera and the Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Prospect, sell and detail standalone catering and meeting events to build new revenue
- Handle group banquet programs from Sales: contact clients, plan menus, setup and AV, and detail BEOs through final client sign-off
- Hand off events to the Conference Services Manager with a documented turnover, and review final reconciled checks after the event
Pay: $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
