Responsibilities

- Oversee budgeting, financial management, and revenue management strategies to meet financial goals while maintaining high service standards.
- Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to foster a motivated team environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards across all departments.
- Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring memorable experiences for every visitor.
- Utilize multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette to handle inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth overnight operations.
- Implement effective guest services protocols to elevate the overall guest experience in a competitive hospitality landscape.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the hotel’s amenities and attract new guests through innovative initiatives.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry, ideally in hotel or resort management roles.
- Extensive knowledge of hospitality management practices including revenue management, guest relations, and front desk operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment.
- Experience with budgeting, human resources management, and hotel financial systems.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively.
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred.
