We are looking for a full-time experienced Hotel Supervisor to focus on Customer Service and Employee Development.
Candidate requirements:
Must be a self starter, outgoing, organized, service oriented and have experience managing and developing staff.
Must have excellant verbal and written communication skills.
Must be a hands on manager, working and training staff "hands-on"
Must be available to work during peak business times, some mornings, some evenings and weekends, dependant on demand.
Must have at least 2 years of hotel experience.
College degree preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
