THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Supervise the daily operation to ensure efficiency and accept full responsibility for the department in the absence of the Manager, Director or Executive Director
- Provide input into and executes the development, implementation, and measurement of guest service standards consistent with the Company’s Standards and brand attributes as well as established Forbes Travel Guide and AAA Diamond standards
- Review received guest surveys, social media reviews and address possible departmental/service opportunities for improvement
- Enforce departmental audit program and evaluate quality assurance, ensuring all team members are consistently delivering superior service
- Contribute to the research, development, evaluation, and implementation of new products, services, technology, and processes to ensure a competitive position in anticipation of changing guest’s needs within the dynamic hospitality and gaming environment
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with guests, management, employees and other outside contacts
- Excellent organizational skills; be able to function under time constraints and deadlines with attention to detail
- Effective listening abilities and be able to make strong judgment call
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
