WHAT’S NEW WITH APTAR We have an exciting position open in North America: Food Protection Supervisor, reporting to the Plant Manager. This position will be based in Auburn, AL.
THIS IS HOW YOUR JOURNEY BEGINS
ResponsibilitiesInclude but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for the Production area Cleanliness and safety lead.
- Responsible for supporting inventory control of manufacturing supplies and materials with
- Lead member of the CAR team for Food Protection production.
- Develop and communicate Food Protection manufacturing associate schedules to support
- Helps staff achieve company goals by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring,
- Enforces company policies and guidelines.
- Recruits, hires and helps with training new employees.
- Ensures that production plans are completed.
- Helps to develop Production procedures and work instructions.
- Counsels employees on how to achieve optimal output and workflow.
- Resolves issues and disputes between employees.
- Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations.
- Aids the Food Protection Operations Manager in monitoring the manufacturing budget and
- Recommends to the Food Protection Operations Manager in the hiring, firing, and disciplinary
- All other responsibilities assigned by Food Protection Operations Manager.
