- Provide technical training and support to less experienced staff and model professionalism with guests and other employees at all times
- Ensure accuracy of all guest orders by maintaining expert knowledge of Point-of-Sale (POS) system(s)
- Possess thorough and accurate knowledge of menu items and specials
- Proficient and honest in cash handling and credit card transactions; Assist Kiosk Manager with timely and accurate sales and tips reports and cash/credit card receipts
- Assist Kiosk Manager with coaching and developing of staff and maintain thorough knowledge of Company’s operating policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality at all times regarding other staff
- Ensure alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with Federal, State, Local regulations and Company procedures
- Model teamwork and help Management meet business objectives
- Possess ServSafe Certification in accordance with Company policy
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
- Excellent communication skills and be a team player capable of encouraging others in a positive manner
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and handle tasks involving bending, twisting and squatting
- Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum (1) year in a restaurant establishment
- Resort/National Park Concession preferred
