WHO WE ARE:
Palisociety is a society of unique hotels and residences — Palihouse, Palihotel, Le Petit Pali, ARRIVE by Palisociety, and a growing collection of independently branded properties. Since our first hotel opened in Los Angeles in 2009, we've grown into a nationwide portfolio of neighborhood-centric hotels, restaurants, bars, and event spaces, earning recognition from Condé Nast Traveler, Travel + Leisure, the New York Times, and more.
We consider our employees our greatest asset: structured training from day one, consistent feedback, and a clear path for growth. We develop our leaders from within, because the strongest hospitality companies are the ones that grow their own.
POSITION PROFILE:
Palisociety is seeking a detail-oriented and guest-focused Hotel Rooms Coordinator to manage all aspects of the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program across multiple properties in our portfolio. As independent hotels affiliated with Marriott Bonvoy through the Design Hotels platform, our properties offer Bonvoy members the ability to earn points during their stay. This role is the central point of contact for Bonvoy-related reservations, point redemptions, member benefits, VIP handling, and guest communication, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience for loyalty members while maintaining brand and program compliance.
This is a multi-property role requiring coordination across teams, systems, and locations, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, guest satisfaction, and adherence to Marriott Bonvoy program standards.
THE TASK AT HAND:
Serve as the SME on Marriott Bonvoy program rules and benefits for Design Hotels-affiliated properties
Monitor point-earning accuracy and resolve missing credit requests with Marriott support
Track and communicate program updates and policy changes to property teams
Manage Bonvoy reservations, redemptions, and elite benefit application, auditing for accuracy prior to arrival
Identify and flag VIP and elite-tier guests’ pre-arrival, coordinating personalized amenities and proactively resolving service issues
Partner with front office and reservations teams to ensure bookings are correctly flagged, tracked, and fulfilled
Respond to and serve as the escalation point for Bonvoy-related guest inquiries and concerns
Communicate proactively with guests regarding stays, benefits, and program eligibility
Manage guest cases through the GXP platform with timely, accurate documentation
Act as liaison between individual properties and corporate/regional operations
Maintain tracking systems and prepare regular performance reports for the Senior Regional Director of Operations
Support training efforts so property teams understand Bonvoy program standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Required
2+ years of experience in hotel operations, reservations, front office, or guest services, ideally within a multi-property or branded environment
Working knowledge of loyalty programs (Marriott Bonvoy preferred) and hotel PMS/reservation platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organization, and attention to detail managing multiple properties and priorities
Problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and a guest-centric, service-recovery mindset, with discretion handling VIP information and adaptability across property cultures
Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote and on-property teams
Hybrid position (Remote and at Corporate office) supporting multiple Palisociety properties, requiring occasional travel and reliable internet/a dedicated home workspace
Preferred
Direct experience working with Marriott Bonvoy program administration, point reconciliation, or elite member services
Experience supporting a multi-property or regional operations structure
Familiarity with boutique, lifestyle, or independent hospitality brands
Physical
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
Competitive compensation package with medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus 401(k).
Paid time off, holiday pay, and sick pay.
Career advancement and professional development as we open new hotels and restaurants nationwide.
Employee discounts across our entire portfolio (25 hotels and more to come!).

Hotel Jobs in Los Angeles: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a hotel job in Los Angeles?
Start by targeting the employer clusters where Los Angeles hotel hiring is densest: luxury and boutique properties in Beverly Hills and West Hollywood, convention-linked hotels near the LA Convention Center in South Park, and airport-adjacent full-service properties around LAX. Guest-facing experience in any service role transfers well here. Fluency in a second language, especially Spanish, gives candidates a genuine edge in LA's multilingual hospitality market.
Which companies hire hotels in Los Angeles?
Los Angeles hotel roles are posted by Encore Global, Erketu, and DHS Agency and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. The local market is anchored by global luxury brands operating flagship properties alongside independent boutique hotels in neighborhoods like Silver Lake and Venice.
Are there remote hotel jobs in Los Angeles?
Yes, but only for a narrow slice of roles. Hands-on positions such as front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage are inherently on-site, while revenue management, digital marketing, and corporate operations roles are the most remote-eligible. About 20% of hotel openings tied to Los Angeles are remote or hybrid as of September 2026. In Los Angeles, the remote opportunities are most common with hotel group headquarters and regional management offices.
How can I get a hotel job in Los Angeles with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry point in Los Angeles is a front desk agent or guest services associate role at one of the city's many mid-scale or extended-stay properties, which hire frequently and train on the job. Large resort-style hotels in Hollywood and Century City often run structured onboarding for entry-level housekeeping and banquet staff. Completing a short hospitality certificate through LA City College or LA Trade-Tech College signals commitment and helps candidates stand out among applicants with no formal experience.
