Bilingual Chiropractor – Fluent Spanish Required – Southwest Detroit, MI

We are seeking an experienced, fluent Spanish-speaking Chiropractor to join our growing injury-focused organization in Southwest Detroit, Michigan.

Fluency in both Spanish and English is REQUIRED for this position. The Chiropractor must be able to communicate confidently and professionally with Spanish-speaking patients, including conducting examinations, explaining diagnoses, discussing treatment plans and answering questions entirely in Spanish.

We welcome applications from qualified Chiropractors throughout the United States who are interested in relocating to Metro Detroit. Relocation assistance may be considered for the right candidate.

Our organization currently operates five injury-focused clinics throughout Metro Detroit and continues to expand. We are looking for a dedicated Chiropractor who understands the importance of compassionate, personalized care and can build strong relationships with the Spanish-speaking community in Southwest Detroit.

This opportunity is available on either a part-time or full-time basis, depending on the candidate's availability and experience.

About Our Practice

Our clinics primarily treat patients recovering from injuries sustained in motor vehicle accidents. We emphasize conservative, non-narcotic treatment and comprehensive patient care.

Our organization is expanding its multidisciplinary approach, integrating chiropractic care with medical services and coordinating treatment with imaging facilities, pain management physicians, orthopedists, neurologists and other specialists when appropriate.

Our Chiropractors benefit from experienced administrative and clinical support, established operational systems and a management team that understands the unique needs of personal injury patients.

We recognize that effective communication is essential to quality patient care. Our goal in Southwest Detroit is to provide Spanish-speaking patients with a comfortable, welcoming environment where they can communicate directly with their treating Chiropractor in their preferred language.

Position Details

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries
• Conduct patient consultations and examinations fluently in both Spanish and English
• Explain diagnoses, treatment recommendations and recovery expectations clearly in Spanish
• Develop individualized chiropractic treatment plans
• Perform chiropractic adjustments and appropriate conservative therapies
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when appropriate
• Maintain accurate, thorough and timely clinical documentation
• Educate patients regarding their injuries, treatment and recovery
• Identify when diagnostic testing or additional medical evaluation may be appropriate
• Coordinate care with medical providers and outside specialists
• Communicate effectively with other members of the patient's treatment team
• Establish trusting relationships with patients and contribute to a welcoming, patient-centered environment
• Contribute to the continued growth and development of our Southwest Detroit location

Our clinics utilize a variety of conservative treatment modalities that may include chiropractic manipulation, therapeutic exercise, spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, shockwave therapy, intersegmental traction and other non-invasive treatment options.

Qualifications

Required:

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree
• Active Michigan Chiropractic license in good standing, or eligibility and willingness to obtain Michigan licensure before beginning patient care
• Fluent Spanish and English — mandatory
• Ability to independently conduct complete patient consultations, examinations and treatment discussions in Spanish
• Strong chiropractic adjusting and clinical skills
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical documentation skills
• Professional, dependable and patient-focused
• Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team

Preferred:

• Experienced Chiropractor
• Experience treating motor vehicle accident or personal injury patients
• Familiarity with personal injury documentation and treatment protocols
• Experience working with Spanish-speaking patient populations
• Experience coordinating care with medical providers and specialists
• Interest in a long-term opportunity with a growing organization
