We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with 4-7 years of experience to support civil site development projects, including grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway design. This role is ideal for an early‑career engineer eager to grow technical skills while working alongside experienced engineers and project managers. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required, with Civil 3D experience a strong plus.
- Design and preparation of civil site development plans, including grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility layouts
- Develop and modify engineering drawings using AutoCAD; utilize Civil 3D for surfaces, alignments, and corridors where applicable
- Perform engineering calculations and quantity takeoffs
- Preparation of construction documents, technical reports, and permit submittals
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external agencies under the guidance of senior staff
- Conduct site visits, field observations, and assist with construction support tasks as needed
- Ensure work complies with applicable codes, standards, and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 4-7 years of civil engineering experience with Civil Site, Roadway, or Subdivision Development projects
- Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) certification is a must
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification
- Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D
- Strong understanding of basic civil engineering principles
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

The pay range for this California position is $95,000-120,000 per year; Base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
