Position Overview

The Client Experience & Sales Specialist serves as the face of Pure Vanity Spa and plays a critical role in the day-to-day success of our North Scottsdale location. This position goes beyond front desk responsibilities by combining consultative sales, multi-channel lead management, client relationship building, and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will help drive membership growth, prepaid treatment package sales, client retention, appointment pre-booking, and the conversion of prospective client inquiries into booked appointments, all while ensuring every client interaction reflects the exceptional service and personalized care that define the Pure Vanity experience. Responsibilities include:

· Deliver an exceptional client experience from a prospective client's first inquiry through ongoing membership retention by building lasting relationships in a welcoming, professional environment

· Drive membership enrollment, prepaid treatment package sales, retail product sales, and appointment pre-booking

· Own timely follow-up and management of website inquiries, paid advertising leads, and other prospective client inquiries through phone, text, and email

· Educate clients on memberships, skincare products, treatment packages, and available services while making personalized recommendations based on their goals

· Resolve client concerns with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment while helping build long-term client loyalty

· Manage appointment scheduling, provider utilization, client records, and payment processing using Zenoti while helping maximize provider schedules and operational efficiency

· Support daily spa operations while maintaining high standards of organization, professionalism, and teamwork, including assisting with inventory, light housekeeping and laundry, phones, and other operational responsibilities

· Collaborate with the Spa Manager and Spa Director to identify opportunities to improve the client experience, operational efficiency, and sales performance

· Weekends may be required depending on scheduling (stores are open 7 days per week)

Qualifications

· 3+ years of client-facing experience in a medspa, medical aesthetics practice, luxury retail, hospitality, concierge, wellness, fitness, dental, or other client-focused service business

· Demonstrated success building client relationships and achieving sales goals through consultative, relationship-based selling

· Comfortable working toward measurable sales and client experience goals in a performance-driven environment

· Proficient computer skills, with experience using clinic management systems such as Zenoti (used by Pure Vanity), Mindbody, Boulevard, or similar software strongly preferred

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

· Proven ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented when handling challenging client situations

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities

· Highly dependable with excellent attendance, punctuality, and professionalism

· Passion for aesthetics, skincare, wellness, and delivering exceptional client experiences

· Availability to work weekends and occasional evenings as business needs require (our locations are open seven days per week)

Compensation

· Base pay of $18.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience

· Monthly performance bonus opportunities tied to memberships sold, prepaid treatment package sales, and other key metrics (Google reviews and service-specific client conversions)
