- Reliable, accountable, and able to work independently
- Motivated by hitting sales and booking targets
Experience in home services, construction, HVAC, roofing, plumbing, window tinting, cleaning, or another service-based business is a plus.

Customer Specialist Jobs in Arizona: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a customer specialist in Arizona?
Most customer specialist roles in Arizona require a high school diploma or GED, though employers in healthcare administration and financial services increasingly prefer an associate or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field. Arizona does not require a state license for most customer specialist positions. Candidates who complete customer service certifications through community colleges like Maricopa Community Colleges strengthen their competitiveness with local employers.
Which companies hire customer specialists in Arizona?
Employers hiring customer specialists in Arizona right now include Sherwin-Williams, SuperCare Health, and FNS, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Arizona's concentration of financial services headquarters and large healthcare systems means hiring is consistent year-round, with the Phoenix metro accounting for the majority of open roles.
Which Arizona cities have the most customer specialist jobs?
Phoenix, Tempe, and Mesa have the most customer specialist openings in Arizona. Phoenix dominates because it serves as the state's financial services, healthcare, and technology hub, hosting regional headquarters for major insurers and banks, while Scottsdale and Tempe add significant volume through their dense clusters of fintech firms and corporate service centers.
Are there remote customer specialist jobs in Arizona?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 59% of customer specialist openings tied to Arizona are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting how well the role translates to distributed work environments. Positions focused on financial account support, insurance customer service, and software client onboarding are the most consistently offered in remote or hybrid formats.
How can I get hired as a customer specialist in Arizona with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is applying to associate customer service representative roles at Arizona's large healthcare and financial employers, where structured onboarding programs are common. Banner Health, American Express, and Maricopa County government regularly post entry-level customer support roles that require no prior specialist experience. Completing a customer service certificate through a Maricopa Community Colleges program or earning a Salesforce Administrator credential gives candidates a concrete edge when applying.
