Senior Level Clinical Registered Nurse Jobs

Saturday and Sunday, 6am to 6:30pm, leadership call, holiday coverage. Day shift.

Where You Will Work:

Registered Nurse (RN) Surgery Oak Lawn, IL

We’re Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience, this position is not for new grads
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

What You’ll Do:

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Surgical Services Offered

ACMC’s surgery department provides:

• General surgery (trauma, critical care, minimally invasive)

• Orthopedic surgery

• Urology and urologic robotic surgery

• Neurosurgery

• Cardiothoracic surgery (including heart transplant, ventricular assist device implantation, and robotic mitral-valve repair)

• Vascular surgery

• Oral & maxillofacial surgery

• ENT (ear, nose & throat)

• Plastic surgery
