Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Develop patient education materials and bilingual resources.

• Create provider-facing presentations, flyers, brochures, and one-pagers.
• Support internal training materials and educational resources.
• Prepare internal newsletters and communication materials.
• Assist with graphic design, branding, and visual content creation.
• Create and manage content for social media and digital channels.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Organize and maintain marketing templates and assets.
• Collaborate with operations, clinical, and business development teams on cross-functional projects.

• Assist with special projects and other marketing and communications activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or graphic design preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Canva, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to read and write Chinese is required to support bilingual patient and provider materials.
• Experience producing educational, healthcare, or consumer-facing content is a plus.
• Passion for improving patient experiences and health education.

• Strong visual design sense and attention to detail.
