Responsibilities:
- Spearhead comprehensive external communications campaigns across global media channels to elevate the division's expertise and achieve overarching business goals.
- Direct targeted press relations for major industry trade shows and seasonal launches to amplify franchise awareness and drive consumer engagement.
- Formulate and execute dynamic internal communications strategies to cultivate a connected, informed, and inspired global organizational culture.
- Partner with cross-functional lines of business to provide consultative support and manage data-driven proposals that elevate overall brand narratives.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of specialized publicity and communications experience focused exclusively on consumer products, theme parks, or live experiences.
- Established network of key press contacts and expertise using standard corporate media relations tools to facilitate broad market coverage.
- Proven track record of overseeing full project lifecycles and executing proactive communications planning that delivers measurable business impact. Bachelor's degree paired with executive presence, exceptional writing skills, and a collaborative approach to dynamic teamwork.
