INTRODUCTION
AcuityMD is a software and data platform that accelerates access to medical technologies. We help MedTech companies understand how their products are used, why customers vary, and identify opportunities for physicians to better serve their patients. Each year, the FDA approves ~6,000 new medical devices. Our solution helps MedTech companies get these products to physicians more effectively so they can improve patient care with the latest technology. We're backed by Benchmark, Redpoint, ICONIQ Growth, and Ajax Health. We’re a high-growth SaaS company scaling rapidly.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You'll sit at the intersection of marketing and sales, owning the programs that turn interest into pipeline. While our Senior Campaign Manager drives top-of-funnel acquisition, paid media, and ABM strategy, you own the mid-funnel: the nurtures, the signals, the sequences, and the follow-through that make sure nothing falls through the cracks. As Campaign Manager, you'll run mid-funnel nurture programs, turn marketing signals into actionable outbound plays for Sales, and execute the campaigns that keep pipeline moving. You'll build a close working relationship with our SDR and AE teams, understanding what they need to act on a lead, packaging it for them, and iterating until it works. This isn't a hand-off role. You're in it with Sales from signal to conversion. If you're energized by execution, iteration, and making sure no lead goes cold, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Nurture execution — Run TOFU and mid-funnel nurture programs end-to-end + Build, manage, and iterate on HubSpot email sequences and workflows for tier 2/3 leads, reactivation campaigns, and signal-based follow-up
- Sales activation — Package ABM and inbound signals into ready-to-run outbound plays for SDRs and AEs + Target account lists, sequences, messaging triggers — everything Sales needs to move fast on a warm signal
- Pipeline follow-through — Monitor MQL-to-pipeline conversion and own the programs that accelerate lead progression + Stay close to what's being worked, what's stalling, and what needs a new sequence
- Campaign execution — Execute general demand gen programs alongside the Senior Campaign Manager — expanding channel coverage and keeping execution moving so ABM strategy stays focused + Divide and conquer on channel execution so ABM strategy doesn't bottleneck
- HubSpot ownership — Build, QA, and maintain HubSpot workflows, landing pages, and email sequences with documentation
- Reporting & iteration — Track and report on pipeline marketing performance across nurture, PG programs, and sales-activated campaigns — connecting marketing activity back to revenue and surfacing what's working so the team can move faster
- Playbooks — Build playbooks and templates that standardize how Sales activates on marketing signals
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in campaign marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations, B2B SaaS preferred
- Strong hands-on HubSpot experience — you've built workflows, sequences, and landing pages from scratch, not just sent emails
- Comfortable working directly with Sales — you understand how SDRs and AEs operate and what they actually need to act on a lead
- Executes fast, documents well, and iterates without being asked
- Detail-oriented but not precious — you move quickly and clean it up as you go
- Organized and collaborative — you keep stakeholders informed without being managed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Sales development experience
- Experience with ZoomInfo, Vector, Munitiy, and Clay or signal-based outreach
- Familiarity with ABM motions and how to support sales activation alongside a demand gen team
- Copywriting skills for nurture and reactivation emails
- Comfort working with RevOps on data and workflow operationalization
COMPENSATION
- Base salary range: $130,000-$180,000
You must have an eligible work permit in the USA to be considered for this position.

Job Roles at AcuityMD Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in AcuityMD Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles at the intersection of software and healthcare
AcuityMD builds tools for the medical device industry, so engineering, data, and product roles are core to its business. Candidates whose background touches healthcare technology or SaaS platforms are well-positioned to align with its sponsorship priorities.
Frame your application around specialty occupation criteria
H-1B approval depends on demonstrating your role requires a specific degree. In Technology and Software, that means emphasizing how your technical degree is directly tied to your responsibilities at AcuityMD, not just your general skills.
Apply early to align with the H-1B cap timeline
If you're not already on an H-1B, USCIS registrations open in March for an October 1 start. AcuityMD would need to file on your behalf, so beginning conversations with their recruiting team well before March gives you the best shot.
Highlight domain knowledge in medical device or life sciences sales
AcuityMD's platform serves medical device commercial teams, so candidates who understand that world, whether through prior work, research, or coursework, stand out. Domain fluency signals faster ramp time, which matters to a growth-stage company weighing sponsorship costs.
Use a verified sponsorship platform to confirm open roles
Sponsorship history changes as companies grow or shift hiring priorities. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and find active AcuityMD openings without guessing whether they'll support your visa.

Does AcuityMD sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, AcuityMD sponsors H-1B visas. The company operates in the Technology and Software industry, and its technical roles in software engineering, data, and product development are well-suited to H-1B specialty occupation requirements. Candidates currently on F-1 OPT are a natural pipeline, as AcuityMD also supports that status while an H-1B petition is prepared.
What visa types does AcuityMD sponsor?
AcuityMD sponsors H-1B and F-1 OPT visas. It also has a track record with TN visas, which are available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional roles. This combination makes AcuityMD accessible to a range of international candidates, particularly those coming from computer science, engineering, or related technical fields.
Which departments or roles at AcuityMD are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at AcuityMD is most common in technical functions, particularly software engineering and data roles, where specialty occupation criteria are easiest to meet. Product and go-to-market roles tied to healthcare technology may also qualify, especially when the position requires a degree in a specific field. Sales and operations roles are less commonly sponsored across the industry.
How do I find currently open visa-sponsored roles at AcuityMD?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find AcuityMD openings with confirmed sponsorship. It aggregates roles from verified sponsors and lets you filter by visa type, so you can quickly see whether AcuityMD is actively hiring for positions that align with your H-1B or OPT status, without sifting through listings that won't support your visa.
How do I time my application to AcuityMD around the H-1B process?
The H-1B cap registration window opens in March each year, with an October 1 start date if selected. To meet that timeline, you'd ideally have an offer and be in conversations with AcuityMD's HR team by January or February at the latest. If you're already on OPT, you can start sooner, since AcuityMD can file your H-1B petition while you're actively working under your existing authorization.
