Target roles that align with sponsored visa types
Advanced Physical Therapy sponsors employment-based Green Cards, so focus your application on licensed clinical and specialist physical therapy roles. These positions are most likely to qualify under EB-2 or EB-3 permanent residence pathways commonly used in healthcare settings.
Demonstrate your clinical credentials upfront
Healthcare employers like Advanced Physical Therapy evaluate licensure and clinical qualifications before considering sponsorship. Ensure your resume prominently features your PT license, NPTE results, and any U.S. clinical experience to signal you meet the specialty occupation threshold from the start.
Understand the EB-2 and EB-3 timeline before you apply
Green Card sponsorship through Advanced Physical Therapy involves a multi-stage process including PERM labor certification, I-140 approval, and visa availability. Physical therapy roles often qualify under EB-3, so research your country's priority date backlog before accepting an offer.
Ask about sponsorship policy during the interview stage
Healthcare employers vary on when they initiate Green Card sponsorship relative to your start date. Ask Advanced Physical Therapy directly whether sponsorship begins at hiring or after a qualifying period, and confirm whether legal fees are covered by the company.
Verify state licensure requirements before relocating
Physical therapy licensure is state-specific, and Advanced Physical Therapy's sponsorship is tied to a specific work location. Confirm which state the role operates in, then verify your foreign credentials meet that state's board requirements before advancing in the hiring process.
Use Migrate Mate to find open roles with confirmed sponsorship history
Not all physical therapy employers sponsor visas, so filtering by verified track record matters. Migrate Mate surfaces confirmed sponsors so you can focus your search on employers like Advanced Physical Therapy with documented Green Card sponsorship activity in the healthcare sector.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Advanced Physical Therapy sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, Advanced Physical Therapy does not have a history of H-1B visa sponsorship. Their visa sponsorship activity is focused on employment-based Green Cards through the EB-2 and EB-3 preference categories. If you require H-1B status to work in the U.S., you would need to clarify directly with the company whether that pathway is available for your specific role.
What visa types does Advanced Physical Therapy sponsor?
Advanced Physical Therapy sponsors employment-based permanent residence visas, specifically under the EB-2 and EB-3 preference categories. These pathways are well-suited to licensed physical therapists and other skilled healthcare practitioners. EB-3 is the most common route for physical therapy roles, covering professionals with a relevant bachelor's degree or higher and a qualifying job offer.
Which roles at Advanced Physical Therapy are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Advanced Physical Therapy is concentrated in licensed clinical roles, particularly physical therapists and physical therapy assistants. These positions align directly with the EB-2 and EB-3 requirements, which demand a specific degree in a relevant field. Administrative or support roles are less likely to qualify for employment-based Green Card sponsorship under current USCIS standards.
How do I find open jobs at Advanced Physical Therapy that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most efficient way to find verified sponsoring employers in the healthcare sector. You can search for Advanced Physical Therapy directly and browse open roles filtered by real Green Card sponsorship history. This saves time compared to applying broadly and only discovering after multiple interviews whether a company will actually support your immigration case.
How do I approach Advanced Physical Therapy about Green Card sponsorship during the hiring process?
Raise sponsorship early but frame it as a practical logistics question rather than a demand. After an initial interview shows mutual interest, ask whether the company has an established process for EB-3 or EB-2 sponsorship and whether they work with an immigration attorney. This signals you understand the process and reduces the employer's perceived burden of initiating it.
