Target Clinical and Therapy Roles First
Aegis Therapies' sponsorship activity is concentrated in clinical healthcare positions. Focus your applications on occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech-language pathology roles, where the company has the strongest precedent for supporting international candidates.
Understand the Green Card Pathway
Aegis Therapies has sponsored permanent residency through EB-2 and EB-3 classifications. If long-term U.S. residency is your goal, ask recruiters directly about their Green Card sponsorship process during early conversations, not after receiving an offer.
Highlight Credentials Recognized in the U.S.
Healthcare employers like Aegis Therapies require U.S.-recognized licensure and credentials. Ensure your foreign qualifications have been evaluated and that any required state licensure is in progress before applying, this directly affects sponsorship eligibility and timeline.
Research Their Facility Locations Strategically
Aegis Therapies operates across many states. Some locations have higher staffing demand than others. Targeting regions with documented therapist shortages improves your chances of finding a role where the employer is motivated to pursue sponsorship.
Use Migrate Mate to Confirm Sponsorship History
Not every open role will lead to a sponsored position. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus your effort on Aegis Therapies openings where immigration support is a known part of their hiring.
Prepare for a Longer Hiring Timeline
Green Card sponsorship in healthcare involves multiple government steps, including PERM labor certification. Start your job search early, and be upfront with Aegis Therapies recruiters about your visa status so they can plan the sponsorship timeline alongside your start date.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Aegis Therapies sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship records, Aegis Therapies' immigration support is focused on permanent residency pathways rather than the H-1B visa. The company has sponsored Green Cards through EB-2 and EB-3 classifications, which are common routes in the healthcare and rehabilitation sector. If H-1B sponsorship is a requirement for you, clarify this directly with their recruiting team before advancing in the process.
What visa types does Aegis Therapies sponsor?
Aegis Therapies has a track record of sponsoring employment-based Green Cards, specifically through EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa categories. These pathways are well-suited to the healthcare industry, where foreign-trained therapists and clinicians often qualify based on professional credentials and job duties. The company does not appear to have significant H-1B visa sponsorship activity, so candidates should plan accordingly.
Which roles at Aegis Therapies are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Aegis Therapies is most commonly associated with clinical therapy positions, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists. These roles are in consistent demand across long-term care and senior living settings where Aegis operates. Support and administrative roles are less likely to be sponsored. Candidates with active U.S. licensure or credentials in progress are generally the strongest fit.
How do I find open sponsored positions at Aegis Therapies?
The most reliable way to find Aegis Therapies roles with confirmed sponsorship history is through Migrate Mate, which filters job listings by verified immigration sponsorship activity. This saves time compared to browsing general job boards, where sponsorship details are often missing or unclear. Once you identify relevant openings, reach out to their recruitment team early to discuss your visa situation before submitting a formal application.
How do I approach the application process at Aegis Therapies as an international candidate?
Start by confirming that your therapy credentials have been formally evaluated for U.S. equivalency and that you've begun the state licensure process. When applying, be transparent about your visa status from the first recruiter conversation. Because Aegis Therapies' sponsorship involves the Green Card process, timelines can be lengthy. Expressing a long-term commitment to the role and the organization will strengthen your candidacy considerably.
