- Develop, implement, and maintain quality processes and procedures

- Analyze quality data and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming material quality
- Support new product introductions with robust quality planning (APQP, PPAP)

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a quality engineering role, preferably in aerospace or defense
- Strong understanding of quality systems, standards, and tools (Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC)

- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements
