Frame your portfolio around marketing analytics
Analytic Partners focuses on commercial measurement and ROI analytics for enterprise clients. Highlight projects involving media mix modeling, attribution, or revenue forecasting. Generic machine learning work is less compelling than applied business analytics with clear client impact.
Confirm OPT eligibility before your interview
If you're on F-1 status, verify your OPT start date aligns with Analytic Partners' hiring timelines before your first interview. STEM OPT extensions give you up to 36 months of work authorization, which covers the full H-1B filing and approval window.
Target roles in offices that hire internationally
Analytic Partners operates across multiple U.S. markets. Research which office locations have historically posted Data Science Analyst roles for international candidates, as sponsorship willingness can vary by regional hiring volume and client demand cycles.
Ask the recruiter about H-1B timing early
If you're approaching your OPT expiration, raise the H-1B timeline in your recruiter conversation before an offer is extended. USCIS cap-subject filings must be submitted in April for an October 1 start, and Analytic Partners needs lead time to prepare the petition.
Use Migrate Mate to find open Data Science Analyst roles
Sponsorship-willing employers are hard to identify without the right filter. Use Migrate Mate to browse verified Data Science Analyst openings at Analytic Partners and similar consulting firms that have sponsored work visas for this function.
Understand PERM requirements if pursuing a Green Card
Analytic Partners sponsors EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards for qualifying employees. The PERM labor certification requires DOL to verify no qualified U.S. workers are available, so the process typically begins after you've demonstrated consistent performance in the role.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Analytic Partners sponsor H-1B visas for Data Science Analysts?
Yes, Analytic Partners sponsors H-1B visas for Data Science Analyst roles. The company has a consistent history of filing H-1B petitions for this function. Cap-subject petitions are tied to the April USCIS registration window with an October 1 start date, so confirming your timeline with the recruiting team before accepting an offer is important.
Which visa types does Analytic Partners commonly use for Data Science Analyst roles?
Analytic Partners sponsors H-1B visas as the primary long-term work authorization pathway for Data Science Analysts. The company also works with F-1 OPT and CPT for students and recent graduates, and supports TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals. For employees seeking permanent residency, EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship is available after an initial period in the role.
What qualifications are expected for a Data Science Analyst role at Analytic Partners?
Analytic Partners typically looks for candidates with a background in statistics, economics, data science, or a related quantitative field. Practical experience with modeling techniques relevant to marketing measurement, such as media mix modeling or causal inference, strengthens your application. Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL is standard, and client-facing or consulting experience is a meaningful differentiator for this function.
How do I apply for Data Science Analyst jobs at Analytic Partners?
You can browse and apply for Data Science Analyst openings at Analytic Partners directly through Migrate Mate, which surfaces roles verified for visa sponsorship. When applying, tailor your resume to emphasize applied analytics and client work rather than pure research. Reaching out to a recruiter at Analytic Partners after submitting your application is a practical way to confirm sponsorship eligibility upfront.
How do I plan my timeline if I need H-1B sponsorship from Analytic Partners?
The H-1B cap registration opens in March each year, with petitions filed in April for an October 1 employment start date. If you're currently on F-1 OPT, calculate your authorization expiration against that October 1 date. Analytic Partners will need time to prepare the Labor Condition Application with the DOL before USCIS filing, so starting the conversation with your recruiter at least three to four months before the April window is practical.
