Frame your degree around analytical disciplines
Analytic Partners files Business Analyst roles under specialty occupation standards, so your degree field matters. Statistics, economics, marketing analytics, or information systems align most directly with what their teams actually do and what USCIS expects to see.
Target client-facing analytical projects in your portfolio
Analytic Partners works with Fortune 500 clients on marketing mix modeling and ROI measurement. Interviewers look for evidence you've translated data outputs into business recommendations, not just run analyses, so position project experience around client or stakeholder outcomes.
Start the OPT clock before your offer letter arrives
If you're on F-1 status, apply for your OPT EAD as early as 90 days before graduation. Analytic Partners can begin onboarding while your EAD is pending, but any gap between graduation and card receipt eats into your authorized work window.
Confirm the sponsoring entity before signing your offer
Analytic Partners operates across multiple office locations and legal entities. Before you accept, verify which entity is listed as your employer on the offer letter, since your H-1B petition and any future PERM labor certification must be filed under that same employer of record.
Use Migrate Mate to find open Business Analyst roles at Analytic Partners
Roles that come with sponsorship aren't always labeled clearly on general job boards. Migrate Mate filters specifically for visa-sponsoring employers, so you can identify active Business Analyst openings at Analytic Partners and apply without guessing about eligibility.
Build your H-1B registration timeline around the April lottery
USCIS opens H-1B registration each March for an October 1 start date. If Analytic Partners selects you, they'll need your registration submitted well before that window closes, so align your offer negotiation and start date discussions with that annual cycle.

Find Business Analyst at Analytic Partners JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Analytic Partners sponsor H-1B visas for Business Analysts?
Yes, Analytic Partners sponsors H-1B visas for Business Analyst roles. The company has an established sponsorship process and works with immigration counsel to file petitions for qualifying candidates. Business Analyst positions at Analytic Partners generally meet USCIS specialty occupation requirements given the analytical and consulting nature of the work, which supports the H-1B classification.
How do I apply for Business Analyst jobs at Analytic Partners?
You can find open Business Analyst roles at Analytic Partners through Migrate Mate, which surfaces positions from employers with active sponsorship track records. When applying, tailor your resume to highlight quantitative analysis, client-facing project work, and any experience with marketing analytics or data modeling, since those skills map directly to how Analytic Partners structures its Business Analyst function.
Which visa types does Analytic Partners commonly use for Business Analyst roles?
Analytic Partners sponsors across several visa categories for Business Analysts. F-1 OPT and CPT are common entry points for recent graduates, and the company supports H-1B petitions for longer-term employment. TN visas are available for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying analytical roles. For candidates on a path to permanent residence, the company has also pursued EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship.
What qualifications and experience does Analytic Partners expect for Business Analyst roles?
Analytic Partners typically expects a bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, mathematics, or business analytics. Practical experience with data analysis tools, comfort presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders, and exposure to marketing measurement or ROI modeling are valued. Client-facing consulting experience, even from internships, strengthens an application for this function.
How do I plan my timeline if I need visa sponsorship to join Analytic Partners as a Business Analyst?
The timeline depends on your current status. F-1 students should apply for OPT as early as 90 days before graduation and coordinate their start date accordingly. For H-1B sponsorship, USCIS registration opens each March for an October 1 start, so offers finalized in winter or early spring align best with that cycle. TN and EB-category processes run on separate timelines and should be confirmed directly with Analytic Partners' immigration team during the offer stage.
