Frame your portfolio around marketing analytics
Analytic Partners focuses on ROI and media mix modeling for enterprise clients. Before applying, build case studies showing how you've translated raw data into commercial recommendations, not just dashboards or exploratory analysis.
Highlight client-facing experience in your application
Consulting firms assess whether analysts can present findings to senior clients, not just run models. Emphasize moments where you translated statistical outputs into business decisions a non-technical stakeholder acted on.
Use Migrate Mate to filter open Data Analyst roles at Analytic Partners
Analytic Partners posts Data Analyst openings across multiple locations and seniority levels. Migrate Mate lets you filter specifically for roles at this employer that match your visa type, so you're targeting positions with active sponsorship fit.
Understand how PERM timing affects your offer negotiation
If you're targeting a Green Card pathway through EB-2 or EB-3, PERM labor certification can take 12 to 18 months before USCIS even receives the I-140. Factor that into conversations about long-term sponsorship commitment during the offer stage.
Prepare your degree equivalency documentation before interviews
H-1B specialty occupation requires a directly related bachelor's degree or its equivalent. If your credential is from outside the U.S. or is a three-year degree, get a credential evaluation from a NACES-member agency before your first interview round.

Find Data Analyst at Analytic Partners JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Analytic Partners sponsor H-1B visas for Data Analysts?
Yes, Analytic Partners sponsors H-1B visas for Data Analyst roles. The company operates in the consulting and professional services space, where analytical positions typically qualify as specialty occupations under USCIS guidelines. If you're applying as a current H-1B holder or need a new petition filed, confirm sponsorship intent with the recruiter early in the process, since H-1B cap-subject petitions follow USCIS's April filing window.
How do I apply for Data Analyst jobs at Analytic Partners?
You can browse and apply for Data Analyst openings at Analytic Partners directly through their careers page or through Migrate Mate, which surfaces roles filtered by visa sponsorship eligibility. When applying, tailor your resume to reflect marketing analytics, statistical modeling, or commercial measurement experience. Analytic Partners tends to assess both technical skills and the ability to communicate analytical findings to business stakeholders.
Which visa types does Analytic Partners commonly use for Data Analyst roles?
Analytic Partners sponsors H-1B and TN visas for work authorization, along with F-1 OPT and CPT for students and recent graduates. For longer-term immigration, the company has also pursued EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways for Data Analysts. TN is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals whose roles qualify under NAFTA/USMCA professional categories, which Data Analyst positions can satisfy under the economist or systems analyst classification.
What qualifications does Analytic Partners expect for Data Analyst roles?
Most Data Analyst roles at Analytic Partners require a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, mathematics, or computer science. Proficiency in SQL and at least one statistical programming language like R or Python is standard. Given the client-facing nature of the work, Analytic Partners also looks for candidates who can structure and present analytical findings clearly. Prior exposure to marketing measurement, media analytics, or ROI modeling is a meaningful differentiator.
How do visa timelines affect the hiring process for Data Analyst roles at Analytic Partners?
If you're on F-1 OPT, confirm your remaining authorization window before accepting an offer. STEM OPT extensions give up to 24 additional months, but your employer must be enrolled in E-Verify. H-1B cap-subject petitions are filed in April for an October 1 start, so if you need a new H-1B, expect a gap between offer acceptance and your actual start date. TN visas can be obtained at a port of entry with less lead time, which can accelerate onboarding for eligible candidates.
