The Project Specialist will facilitate contractor mobilization on projects across the Southeast United States utilizing systems co-developed by APM. This is a hybrid position and will not require travel.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate the selection of leased workers between hiring managers and staffing agencies
- Set up and coordinate interviews of supplemental workers with the Client management team
- Ensure rate and classification compliance with contracts
- Conduct meetings to communicate new corporate policies with contractors
- Approve electronic payments to contractors
- Create purchase requests and change orders
- Coordinate contractor onboarding and mobilization activities to ensure a smooth and timely process
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contractor onboarding and compliance
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in onboarding, contractor administration, workforce coordination, staffing, project administration, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Professional and customer-focused approach
