Align your credentials to healthcare supply chain
ARUP operates under strict laboratory and clinical regulatory standards, so credentials like APICS CSCP or CPSM carry real weight. Framing your experience around regulated environments, medical device handling, or GMP-adjacent workflows positions you ahead of general supply chain candidates.
Clarify your OPT or CPT authorization early
If you're on F-1 status, confirm whether the role qualifies under your degree field before applying. Supply chain roles at a clinical laboratory can involve niche classification questions, and ARUP's HR team will need your authorization documentation ready before extending an offer.
Search ARUP supply chain openings on Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to filter ARUP Laboratories supply chain roles by visa type so you only spend time on positions that match your sponsorship needs. The platform surfaces sponsorship-confirmed openings that aren't always labeled clearly on general job boards.
Understand how PERM shapes your timeline
If you're targeting a Green Card through an EB-2 or EB-3 pathway, ARUP will need to complete DOL's PERM labor certification before filing your immigrant petition. That process typically runs 12 to 18 months, so starting that conversation at the offer stage, not years later, matters.
Prepare for TN eligibility questions in supply chain
Canadian and Mexican nationals in supply chain roles may qualify under the TN visa's Management Consultant or Industrial Engineer categories, but the fit depends heavily on your specific duties. Review your job description against the USMCA occupational list before your offer negotiation to confirm eligibility.
Time your H-1B filing around ARUP's fiscal planning
H-1B cap-subject petitions must be filed with USCIS in April for an October 1 start date. If you're in discussions with ARUP in the fall or winter, build your offer timeline backward from that April window so your start date and petition filing align without a gap in work authorization.

Does ARUP Laboratories sponsor H-1B visas for Supply Chains?
Yes, ARUP Laboratories sponsors H-1B visas for supply chain roles. The company has a documented pattern of filing H-1B petitions across operational and technical functions, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management. If you're cap-subject, petitions must be filed with USCIS in April for an October 1 start. Cap-exempt candidates already working at qualifying institutions may have more flexibility on timing.
How do I apply for Supply Chain jobs at ARUP Laboratories?
Applications go through ARUP's careers portal at aruplab.com. Supply chain postings range from entry-level inventory coordinators to senior procurement analysts and logistics leads. Before applying, review whether your visa type aligns with the role's requirements, as some positions have specific authorization restrictions. Migrate Mate is a practical way to browse ARUP's current openings filtered by sponsorship eligibility.
Which visa types does ARUP Laboratories commonly use for Supply Chain roles?
ARUP sponsors H-1B visas as the primary work authorization route for supply chain professionals. For candidates pursuing permanent residency, EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship through DOL's PERM process is available. F-1 students may begin in supply chain roles through OPT or CPT. Canadian and Mexican nationals may qualify under the TN category, depending on the specific job duties and degree field.
What qualifications does ARUP Laboratories expect for Supply Chain roles?
ARUP looks for candidates with degrees in supply chain management, business, operations, or a related field. Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or laboratory services is a meaningful differentiator. Familiarity with ERP systems, vendor compliance frameworks, and inventory control in a clinical or GMP-adjacent setting strengthens your profile considerably compared to candidates with purely commercial supply chain backgrounds.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for Supply Chain hires at ARUP?
For H-1B sponsorship, the standard timeline runs from registration in March to an October 1 start, with premium processing available through USCIS to reduce approval wait times to 15 business days. Green Card pathways through PERM add 12 to 18 months for DOL labor certification before USCIS petition filing begins. Building this timeline into your offer negotiation with ARUP from the start prevents gaps in work authorization.
