INTRODUCTION
A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
As a part of the Equipment Supply Chain Delivery organization, you will bridge the gap between upstream supply capabilities and downstream construction reality. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of critical Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) to global data centers, acting as a central coordination point to drive physical site readiness.
You will partner with cross-functional engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to align equipment deliveries with ongoing construction and deployment schedules. As the Manager of the North and South America (NASA) Delivery Team, you will lead a regional group of Delivery Program Managers to downstream field advocacy, proactively mitigate site-specific constraints, and ensure infrastructure is delivered exactly when and where it is needed. You will lead the execution of a seamless, predictive strategy at Google's scale, directly impacting ability to deploy innovative infrastructure globally.

Tailor your resume to Google's Supply Chain scope
Google's Supply Chain roles span hardware procurement, data center logistics, and vendor operations. Frame your experience around systems-level thinking and cross-functional collaboration, not just transactional purchasing. Generic supply chain resumes get filtered out early.
Target roles that align with your visa category
Google sponsors H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 visas for Supply Chain positions. If you hold an E-3, confirm the role qualifies as a specialty occupation before applying. A mismatch between your visa type and the role's degree requirements can complicate the LCA filing.
Apply before the H-1B registration window closes
If you need H-1B sponsorship, USCIS opens registration each March for the following fiscal year. Google initiates registrations for candidates already in their pipeline, so timing your application and interview process to land an offer by February matters.
Search verified sponsoring employers using Migrate Mate
Not every Supply Chain opening at a tech company comes with sponsorship. Use Migrate Mate to filter Google's open Supply Chain roles by visa type so you apply only to positions where sponsorship is confirmed, not assumed.
Prepare for supply chain case interviews specific to Google
Google's Supply Chain interviews often include structured problem-solving scenarios around inventory optimization or vendor risk. Practicing quantitative frameworks and data-driven decision-making signals the analytical depth the team expects from sponsored candidates.
Understand how your I-94 affects your start date
If you're transferring from another employer, your new H-1B petition must be filed before your current status expires. USCIS portability rules let you start at Google once the petition is received, but your I-94 end date sets the hard deadline for filing.

Find Supply Chain at Google JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Google sponsor H-1B visas for Supply Chain roles?
Yes, Google sponsors H-1B visas for Supply Chain positions. The role must qualify as a specialty occupation requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Google's recruiting team coordinates with immigration counsel to initiate the Labor Condition Application with the DOL and file the I-129 petition with USCIS once an offer is extended.
Which visa types does Google sponsor for Supply Chain positions?
Google sponsors H-1B, H-1B1, and E-3 visas for Supply Chain roles. H-1B1 is available to Chilean and Singaporean nationals, while E-3 is exclusive to Australian citizens. Each visa has distinct filing procedures: H-1B1 and E-3 applications are processed at a U.S. consulate abroad, while H-1B is filed directly with USCIS.
How do I apply for Supply Chain jobs at Google?
Applications go through Google's careers portal, where Supply Chain roles are listed by function and location. You can also find Google's open Supply Chain positions filtered by visa sponsorship type on Migrate Mate, which removes the guesswork about which roles actively support international candidates. Tailor your application to reflect Google's hardware and infrastructure supply chain context.
What qualifications does Google expect for sponsored Supply Chain roles?
Most Supply Chain roles at Google require a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, operations research, or a related technical field. Mid-to-senior roles typically expect experience with large-scale vendor management, demand planning systems, or hardware logistics. Familiarity with data tools such as SQL or Python is increasingly common in job descriptions for these positions.
How do I plan my timeline around the visa filing process for a Google Supply Chain role?
If you need H-1B sponsorship and aren't currently on H-1B status, USCIS's annual cap registration in March is your key milestone. Google needs time to process your offer and prepare filings, so aim to have your interview completed by late January or early February. E-3 and H-1B1 applicants face fewer timing constraints since those visas aren't subject to an annual lottery.
