Target roles that align with specialty occupation standards
ATCS sponsors H-1B visas, which require the role to qualify as a specialty occupation. Focus your applications on technical, analytical, or professional positions where a relevant bachelor's degree is a firm requirement, not just a preference.
Understand the consulting hiring cycle
Professional services firms like ATCS often hire project-by-project. Timing your application to align with new contract wins or Q1 and Q3 hiring ramps can meaningfully improve your chances of landing a role with sponsorship attached.
Canadian and Mexican nationals should highlight TN eligibility
ATCS sponsors TN visas, which are faster and simpler to arrange than H-1B. If you're a Canadian or Mexican citizen in a qualifying profession, leading with your TN eligibility removes a significant barrier for hiring managers unfamiliar with sponsorship.
Come prepared to discuss your visa timeline clearly
Consulting employers value clarity. Know your current status, when your authorization expires, and exactly what ATCS would need to file. Candidates who can answer these questions confidently remove uncertainty and signal they've done the groundwork.
Find verified ATCS openings through Migrate Mate
Browsing job boards without filtering for sponsorship wastes time. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and find ATCS roles confirmed to support visa candidates, without guessing from job description language.

Find ATCS JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does ATCS sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, ATCS sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an established track record of filing H-1B petitions for workers in consulting and professional services roles. Positions that qualify tend to require specialized knowledge and a relevant degree, consistent with the H-1B specialty occupation standard. If you're targeting ATCS, confirm the specific role meets that threshold before applying.
Which visa types does ATCS sponsor?
ATCS sponsors H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. This range makes ATCS accessible to international students on OPT or CPT, professionals transferring from another employer on H-1B, and Canadian or Mexican citizens who qualify for TN status. Green Card sponsorship is not part of ATCS's documented history, so long-term permanent residency planning would require separate consideration.
What types of roles at ATCS are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
ATCS operates in consulting and professional services, so sponsored roles tend to be in technical consulting, IT, project management, and analytical functions where a specific degree is required. Roles with generalist descriptions or where any bachelor's degree qualifies regardless of field are less likely to meet H-1B specialty occupation criteria and may be harder to sponsor.
How do I find open positions at ATCS that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find ATCS roles confirmed to support visa sponsorship. Rather than parsing job descriptions for vague sponsorship language, Migrate Mate uses verified filing data to surface positions at companies like ATCS that have an actual track record of sponsoring international candidates, saving you time and reducing guesswork.
How do I approach the application process at ATCS as a visa-dependent candidate?
Apply to roles that match your degree and experience closely, since consulting firms assess fit carefully before committing to sponsorship. Be transparent about your visa status early, know your timeline, and be ready to explain what filing ATCS would need to initiate. Applying during your OPT or CPT window gives ATCS more flexibility before a formal H-1B petition is required.
