ATCS's Construction Services group is expanding in Maryland! We are eagerly seeking Coating Inspectors - NACE Level I & II certified to bolster our efforts in delivering exceptional projects across the state of Maryland.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform field inspections of protective coating systems on steel and concrete structures for highway, bridge and facilities type projects
- Maintain accurate inspection records, daily logs, and photographic documentation
- Coordinate with field crews, contractors, and engineering teams to ensure compliance
- Support Quality Assurance initiatives
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 year of full-time coatings inspection experience
- NACE Level I Coating Inspection Certification required - NACE Level II Certification highly preferred
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be willing to travel throughout the State of Maryland as required
- A vehicle in good working condition to report for work at any required site
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
COMPENSATION
- Our employees are the most critical part of ATCS. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $19.23 to $50 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, with a target 2% of the employee's annualized salary. In addition to compensation, ATCS offers outstanding, employee-focused benefits for you and your family. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits coverage on the first day of the month following their start date.
