We’re hiring an Account Executive - SaaS who wants to be early, make an impact, and help define how a category-leading platform goes to market. This is not a churn-and-burn sales role. This is a chance to own a territory, build deep relationships with owner-operators, and sell a product that solves a massive industry pain point. What You’ll Do
- Own the Full Sales Cycle: Prospect, discover, demo, and close deals with owner-operators and multi-site groups.
- Consultative Selling: Sell a SaaS platform focused on operational efficiency, throughput, and revenue performance.
- Strategic Influence: Work directly with our founders to shape sales messaging, positioning, and GTM strategy.
- Field Presence: Represent the company at major industry events and trade shows (including The Car Wash Show).
- Feedback Loop: Your field insights will directly impact our product roadmap and strategy.
Who We’re Looking For
- A consultative seller who isn’t a script reader; you dig into data and operational metrics to build a real ROI case.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales experience (Vertical SaaS, Ops-tech, or Hospitality tech is a plus).
- Proven accountability and have a track record of meeting or exceeding quota, and maintaining high CRM discipline.
- Energized by early-stage environments with a builder mentality and the ambiguity that comes with growth.
