Align your background with clinical or behavioral health roles
Behavioral Framework's Healthcare & Medical Services focus means sponsored roles are most likely tied to clinical, therapeutic, or health operations functions. Tailor your resume to reflect direct experience in behavioral health settings before applying.
Confirm your visa type is supported before applying
Behavioral Framework sponsors H-1B, F-1 OPT, and TN visas. Before reaching out, confirm your current status aligns with one of these categories, it signals to recruiters that you've done your homework and won't require an unsupported pathway.
Target roles that qualify as specialty occupations
H-1B sponsorship in healthcare requires your role to meet specialty occupation standards, typically requiring a specific bachelor's degree or higher. Focus on positions where your degree field directly matches the job's core responsibilities.
Use Migrate Mate to filter for verified sponsorship history
Not every healthcare employer who says they're open to sponsorship actually files consistently. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and identify employers like Behavioral Framework with a confirmed track record.
Engage early if you're on OPT with an approaching expiration
F-1 OPT timelines are tight, especially in healthcare where hiring moves at its own pace. Reach out to Behavioral Framework's recruiting team early and be transparent about your OPT end date so they can plan the H-1B filing timeline accordingly.
Highlight any specialized certifications relevant to behavioral health
In Healthcare & Medical Services, credentials matter as much as degrees. Certifications in behavioral analysis, mental health counseling, or clinical care can strengthen your sponsorship case by reinforcing the specialty occupation argument for your specific role.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Behavioral Framework sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Behavioral Framework sponsors H-1B visas. The company operates in Healthcare & Medical Services, a sector where H-1B sponsorship is common for roles that meet specialty occupation requirements. Candidates should ensure their role and degree field are aligned, as USCIS applies close scrutiny to healthcare positions that may not require a specific degree.
What visa types does Behavioral Framework sponsor?
Behavioral Framework sponsors H-1B, F-1 OPT, and TN visas. This makes the company accessible to a range of international candidates, including recent graduates on OPT, Canadian and Mexican nationals eligible for TN status in qualifying healthcare roles, and experienced professionals seeking H-1B sponsorship through a cap-subject petition.
How do I find open roles at Behavioral Framework that offer visa sponsorship?
The most reliable approach is to use Migrate Mate, which aggregates job listings from verified visa sponsors and lets you filter by company, visa type, and industry. This helps you quickly identify whether Behavioral Framework has active openings that match your background and sponsorship needs, rather than relying on general job boards where sponsorship details are often unclear.
How do I know if my role at Behavioral Framework would qualify for H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B eligibility depends on whether your position qualifies as a specialty occupation, meaning it normally requires at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field. In behavioral health settings, roles like board-certified behavior analysts, clinical supervisors, and licensed therapists commonly meet this standard. Roles that accept any degree, regardless of field, are harder to sponsor and may face USCIS scrutiny.
What should I expect from the sponsorship process if I'm applying to Behavioral Framework on OPT?
If you're on F-1 OPT, Behavioral Framework can employ you immediately while initiating the H-1B process in advance of the April cap-subject filing period. The employer files a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor, then submits Form I-129 to USCIS. Starting conversations with the recruiter at least six months before your OPT expires gives both sides the runway needed to coordinate the process.
