Job Roles at Bekaert Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Bekaert Visa Sponsorship USA
Target engineering and technical roles
Bekaert's sponsorship activity in the U.S. centers on highly specialized manufacturing and engineering positions. Focus your application on roles requiring niche technical expertise in metallurgy, materials science, or industrial engineering to align with where sponsorship is most likely.
Understand Bekaert's Green Card focus
Bekaert's U.S. sponsorship history skews toward permanent residency through EB-2 and EB-3 rather than temporary work visas. If your goal is long-term immigration, this aligns well, position your candidacy around career growth and long-term contribution to their U.S. operations.
Research Bekaert's U.S. plant locations
Bekaert operates manufacturing facilities across multiple U.S. states. Identifying which plants are actively hiring and matching your skills to those specific sites can meaningfully improve your chances, as sponsorship decisions often originate at the facility level.
Highlight specialized manufacturing credentials
EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship at manufacturing firms like Bekaert typically requires demonstrated expertise that's hard to source domestically. Certifications, advanced degrees, or deep specialization in wire technology or coating processes will strengthen your profile considerably.
Apply early and expect a longer timeline
Green Card sponsorship involves PERM labor certification, which can take well over a year before an I-140 petition is filed. Starting conversations with Bekaert's HR team early in your job search gives you the best chance of navigating this timeline successfully.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified sponsorship roles
Bekaert doesn't always flag sponsorship availability in standard job postings. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you identify active Bekaert openings where immigration support is a known part of the hiring process.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Bekaert sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, Bekaert's U.S. immigration activity has focused on permanent residency pathways, specifically EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards, rather than H-1B temporary work visas. If H-1B sponsorship is a priority for you, confirm directly with Bekaert's HR or talent acquisition team during the interview process, as sponsorship availability can vary by role and location.
What visa types does Bekaert sponsor?
Bekaert's U.S. sponsorship track record is concentrated in employment-based Green Card categories, primarily EB-2 for professionals with advanced degrees or exceptional ability, and EB-3 for skilled workers. These permanent residency pathways are typical for manufacturing companies seeking to retain specialized talent over the long term rather than sponsoring temporary work visas.
Which departments or roles at Bekaert are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Bekaert tends to be tied to technical and engineering roles that require specialized expertise in areas like wire transformation, coating technologies, metallurgy, or process engineering. These are positions where domestic talent is harder to source, making the company more willing to invest in the PERM labor certification process required for Green Card sponsorship.
How do I find open jobs at Bekaert that include visa sponsorship?
Bekaert doesn't always clearly indicate sponsorship availability in job postings, which makes it difficult to know which roles include immigration support. Migrate Mate aggregates sponsoring employers and lets you filter by visa type and company, so you can identify active Bekaert openings where Green Card sponsorship is a realistic part of the offer.
How do I approach the application process at Bekaert as a visa-sponsored candidate?
Start by applying to roles that match your technical background closely, since Bekaert's sponsorship decisions are driven by genuine skills gaps rather than general interest. Bring up your visa needs early, ideally after initial interest is established but before an offer stage. Given that EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship involves a multi-step legal process, demonstrating you understand the timeline and are committed to staying long-term will reassure the hiring team.
