INTRODUCTION
The Strategic Partnerships Vice President will lead Booz Allen’s enterprise partnership strategy and partnership programs, shaping how the company collaborates with the world’s leading technology companies. What You’ll Work On:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 15+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, alliances, ecosystem strategy, or growth leadership
- Experience building large‑scale, high‑impact strategic partnerships in technology or federal markets
- Experience negotiating complex agreements and managing senior‑level partner relationships
- Experience driving measurable business outcomes through partner‑enabled growth
- Experience developing and managing partnership programs or partnership portfolios
- Ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives with senior executives and technical teams
- Ability to operate in highly matrixed environments and align stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience partnering with major commercial technology companies such as cloud, AI, software, or hardware

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $250,000 to $425,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
