KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Engineering & Technical Support
- Assist in promoting safe and reliable plant maintenance activities.
- Support development of repair plans and assist with equipment troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Manage and organize spare‑parts inventories and updates.
- Update and create technical equipment drawings and documentation.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing equipment performance and operational stability.
Safety & Process Improvement
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within production processes.
- Assist with safety audits, inspections, and environmental compliance tasks.
- Update standard operating procedures and other essential safety/process documentation.
Project Ownership
- Lead or support assigned technical projects from planning through completion.
- Conduct data analysis to support recommendations and decision‑making.
- Prepare and present project findings to engineering and plant leadership teams.

Education
