Target engineering and technical roles first
Club Car's manufacturing operations depend heavily on mechanical, electrical, and industrial engineers. These specialty occupation roles align directly with H-1B eligibility criteria, making them the strongest entry point for visa sponsorship candidates at this company.
Understand the H-1B sponsorship process before applying
Club Car sponsors H-1B visas, so knowing how the lottery, petition, and employer filing process works puts you ahead. Candidates who ask informed questions during interviews signal they won't create unnecessary friction for HR and legal teams.
Highlight OPT or CPT experience in your application
Club Car sponsors F-1 OPT and CPT, meaning they're open to hiring international students. If you've completed relevant internships or post-graduation work authorization, frame that experience prominently, it shows you've already navigated U.S. work authorization before.
Canadian and Mexican nationals should highlight TN eligibility
Club Car also sponsors TN visas, which require no lottery and process quickly. If you're a Canadian or Mexican engineer or other qualifying professional, leading with your TN eligibility can simplify the hiring conversation considerably for their HR team.
Use Migrate Mate to verify open sponsored roles
Don't rely on job listings that don't disclose sponsorship status. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus your applications on Club Car roles where visa support is a confirmed possibility.
Apply early in the calendar year for H-1B consideration
H-1B petitions must be filed by April for an October start date. If you're targeting Club Car for H-1B sponsorship, begin conversations with recruiters in late fall or early winter, leaving enough runway for their legal team to prepare a petition.

The mix of visa types reflects a manufacturing employer comfortable working with international talent across different authorization pathways.
Which departments or roles at Club Car are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Engineering roles, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and industrial, are the most consistent fit for visa sponsorship at a company like Club Car. Corporate functions like finance, supply chain, and IT may also qualify depending on the role's requirements.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Club Car?

How do I approach the application timeline if I need H-1B sponsorship at Club Car?
The H-1B cap season opens in March, with petitions filed in April for an October 1 start date. To be considered, you need an offer in hand before that window opens.
