Align your credentials to CohnReznick's specialty occupation standard
USCIS requires H-1B roles to qualify as specialty occupations. For a Project Management Consultant at an accounting and advisory firm, frame your degree in business, management information systems, or a related field as directly tied to the role's technical scope.
Target CohnReznick's advisory practice lines specifically
CohnReznick staffs Project Management Consultants across government contracting, real estate advisory, and business restructuring engagements. Applying through practice-specific openings rather than a general consulting track signals fit and increases your chances of reaching a sponsorship-willing hiring manager.
Browse open Project Management Consultant roles on Migrate Mate
CohnReznick's sponsored roles don't always surface clearly on general job boards. Use Migrate Mate to filter open Project Management Consultant positions at CohnReznick by visa type so you're only applying to roles where sponsorship is confirmed.
Prepare for DOL prevailing wage requirements in your target market
For LCA-backed visas, the DOL requires CohnReznick to pay at least the prevailing wage for your work location. Research wage levels for project management roles in the office you're interviewing for so you can negotiate from an informed baseline.

Find Project Management Consultant at CohnReznick JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does CohnReznick sponsor H-1B visas for Project Management Consultants?
Yes, CohnReznick sponsors H-1B visas for Project Management Consultant roles. The firm works with immigration counsel to file petitions for qualifying candidates, and the role's advisory and technical scope typically supports specialty occupation classification. Because H-1B approvals depend on the annual lottery, timing your application cycle early with your recruiter is practical.
Which visa types does CohnReznick commonly sponsor for Project Management Consultant roles?
CohnReznick sponsors H-1B, E-3, TN, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and J-1 visas for this function. E-3 is available to Australian citizens and TN to Canadian and Mexican nationals under USMCA, both of which bypass the H-1B lottery entirely. If you hold or are eligible for one of those categories, it's worth raising early in the hiring process.
How do I apply for Project Management Consultant jobs at CohnReznick?
You can find open Project Management Consultant positions at CohnReznick on Migrate Mate, which filters specifically for roles where visa sponsorship is available. Applications typically go through CohnReznick's careers portal. Tailoring your resume to highlight engagement management, stakeholder reporting, and sector experience relevant to CohnReznick's advisory lines strengthens your application before it reaches a recruiter.
What qualifications does CohnReznick expect for Project Management Consultant roles?
CohnReznick typically looks for a bachelor's degree in business administration, management information systems, accounting, or a related field, along with demonstrated experience managing project workstreams in a professional services environment. PMP certification is valued but not always required. Experience in government contracting, real estate, or financial advisory contexts aligns well with CohnReznick's core practice areas.
How do I time the visa sponsorship process when targeting a CohnReznick offer?
For H-1B sponsorship, USCIS opens registration in March for an October 1 start date. If you receive an offer after the lottery closes, CohnReznick may be able to bridge your status through OPT, a cap-exempt filing, or an alternative visa category. Raising your visa timeline in the final interview round gives HR enough lead time to coordinate with legal counsel.
