Systems Analyst Lead - ERP Strategy & Implementation
Position Summary
We are seeking a driven, high-potential Systems Analyst to support, optimize, and help shape the future direction of our ERP/MRP systems within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role will play a critical part in evaluating current ERP capabilities, supporting ongoing business operations, and leading future ERP modernization and implementation initiatives. This is a high-visibility role with a clear path for growth into a strategic systems leadership position. The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing systems experience, a strategic mindset around ERP/MRP evolution, and the ability to partner across operations, supply chain, finance, and IT teams. A proven track record of leading or directly contributing to at least one full ERP implementation is required. Experience with Power BI and a desire to grow into a broader strategic systems leadership role are strongly preferred. Familiarity with Infor or Oracle environments is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and enhance enterprise ERP systems across manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, finance, and production planning functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and identify system improvements that increase efficiency and scalability.
- Assist in evaluating future ERP strategies, including modernization initiatives and potential system implementations or migrations.
- Drive and own the long-term ERP/MRP strategic direction and technology roadmap in close partnership with senior leadership, bringing informed recommendations on systems evolution, vendor selection, and implementation approach.
- Lead or serve as a primary contributor on ERP implementation projects, upgrades, integrations, and systems optimization efforts.
- Evaluate and recommend solutions for ERP functionality, automation, AI capabilities, and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with internal users, vendors, and implementation partners as needed.
- Develop reports, queries, and data analysis using SQL or other reporting tools.
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards and operational reports to provide real-time visibility into manufacturing, supply chain, and financial performance metrics across the organization.
- Support Agile-based project initiatives and help evaluate replacement or alternative solutions as current platforms evolve.
- Train end users on new processes, workflows, and system functionality.
- Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance with internal IT standards and controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes, including MRP, BOMs, routing, scheduling, inventory, and supply chain operations.
- Demonstrated experience leading or directly contributing to at least one full-cycle ERP implementation, upgrade, or migration - required.
- Experience with Power BI for dashboard development and operational reporting, including data modeling and DAX; experience connecting Power BI to ERP data sources is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Infor, Oracle, or similar enterprise ERP platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across operations, finance, supply chain, and IT - including influencing outcomes and aligning stakeholders in functions where the candidate has no direct oversight or authority.
- Track record of building trust, gaining buy-in, and delivering results through relationships rather than reporting structures - comfortable navigating ambiguity and completing priorities across departments.
- Experience in Agile project environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled business tools and emerging ERP technologies is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience helping organizations evaluate or transition to new ERP systems.
- Understanding of ERP strategy, system selection, and implementation planning.
- Background in discrete manufacturing environments such as injection molding, assembly, or sheet metal manufacturing.
- Experience integrating ERP systems with MES, CRM, or other enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL-based reporting, and process automation tools; ability to build dashboards that translate operational ERP data into executive-level insights.
- Exposure to Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma initiatives.
- Experience with compliance standards, including NIST, DFARS, or FAR, is a plus.

Target roles aligned with EB-2 or EB-3 eligibility
Conexess Group's sponsorship activity centers on permanent residency pathways, not H-1B. Focus your applications on roles where your background supports an EB-2 advanced degree or EB-3 skilled worker petition from the start.
Position yourself as a long-term hire, not a short-term contractor
Green Card sponsorship signals a long-term employment commitment. Emphasize stability, career trajectory, and domain expertise in technology or software when applying, Conexess Group invests in candidates they see as permanent additions.
Understand the PERM labor certification timeline before applying
EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship involves PERM, which can take a year or more before a petition is filed. Ask about the company's immigration process early so you can plan your timeline and status maintenance accordingly.
Highlight specialized technical skills that are hard to source domestically
PERM requires employers to demonstrate the role couldn't be filled locally. Candidates with niche technology or software expertise, think specialized engineering, systems architecture, or enterprise software, are stronger sponsorship candidates at firms like Conexess Group.
Browse verified sponsor listings before applying cold
Conexess Group's sponsorship is selective, so confirming active roles before reaching out matters. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and find current openings worth targeting.
Engage with Conexess Group's staffing and consulting side strategically
As a staffing-oriented firm in technology, Conexess Group may place candidates across client environments. Clarify upfront whether a role is direct hire with sponsorship included, that distinction is critical for Green Card eligibility.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Conexess Group sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, Conexess Group's immigration activity has focused on permanent residency pathways rather than H-1B visas. If H-1B sponsorship is a requirement for your situation, it's worth discussing directly with their recruiting team, as sponsorship decisions can vary by role and business need.
What visa types does Conexess Group sponsor?
Conexess Group has sponsored Green Card petitions, primarily through the EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based immigrant visa categories. These pathways are suited for professionals with advanced degrees or substantial experience in technology and software. Candidates seeking temporary work visa sponsorship should confirm current policy directly with the company during the hiring process.
How do I find open roles at Conexess Group that include visa sponsorship?
The most reliable way is to use Migrate Mate, which aggregates jobs from verified sponsors and lets you filter by company and visa type. This helps you confirm sponsorship intent before investing time in an application. You can also reach out to Conexess Group's recruiting team directly to ask about sponsorship eligibility for specific positions.
Which types of roles at Conexess Group are most likely to include Green Card sponsorship?
Given Conexess Group's focus on technology and software, sponsorship tends to align with specialized technical roles where the required skill set is difficult to source domestically. Software engineers, systems architects, and IT consultants with niche expertise are the strongest candidates. Staffing and administrative positions are far less likely to include immigration support.
How do I approach the application process at Conexess Group as a visa-dependent candidate?
Be upfront about your immigration status early in conversations. Because Conexess Group's sponsorship activity leans toward permanent residency rather than temporary work visas, understanding whether a role is a direct hire with long-term employment intent is essential. Ask recruiters specifically about the company's PERM sponsorship process and whether immigration support is budgeted for the role you're targeting.
