Target roles that align with Cornerstone's analytical core
Cornerstone Research sponsors primarily for research-intensive and economics-focused roles. Emphasize quantitative skills, data analysis, or economic modeling in your application, these are the competencies that drive sponsorship decisions at this firm.
Understand that H-1B and Green Card pathways both exist here
Cornerstone Research has a strong track record across both temporary and permanent sponsorship. If long-term U.S. residency is your goal, ask recruiters directly about their Green Card sponsorship process during early conversations.
Position your consulting experience front and center
Cornerstone Research operates in a specialized consulting niche. Candidates with prior consulting exposure, economic research backgrounds, or graduate-level analytical training are far more competitive for roles that typically receive sponsorship consideration.
Apply early in the hiring cycle ahead of H-1B lottery deadlines
Cornerstone Research's sponsorship process must align with USCIS registration windows. Engaging before year-end gives both you and the firm enough runway to file before the March registration period opens.
Filter for verified sponsors when searching for open roles
Not every consulting firm has a consistent sponsorship history. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus your search on firms like Cornerstone Research that have demonstrated a commitment to hiring internationally.
