Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Customer Success Jobs at Cotiviti Jobs
Tailor your resume to healthcare analytics
Cotiviti's Customer Success roles sit at the intersection of healthcare data and client outcomes. Frame your experience around metrics like client retention, onboarding efficiency, or platform adoption rather than generic relationship management language.
Confirm your visa type before applying
Cotiviti sponsors H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, and J-1 visas, but the timeline and process differ significantly. If you're on OPT, verify your STEM extension eligibility before your authorization window closes, since Customer Success hiring cycles can run eight to twelve weeks.
Target roles that align with existing client verticals
Cotiviti's book of business centers on health plans, payers, and government programs. Customer Success openings tied to these verticals are more likely to carry budget for sponsorship than newer or experimental product lines.
Ask about LCA filing timing during the offer stage
Your employer must file a certified Labor Condition Application with the DOL before USCIS can process an H-1B petition. Ask the recruiter at the offer stage whether their HR team initiates this in parallel with onboarding paperwork to avoid a delayed start date.
Browse Cotiviti Customer Success openings on Migrate Mate
Filtering by role and visa type manually across job boards wastes time. Use Migrate Mate to surface Cotiviti's current Customer Success openings alongside verified sponsorship history so you can apply with context, not guesswork.
Prepare references who can speak to client impact
Cotiviti's Customer Success interviews typically probe how you've handled escalations and driven adoption with enterprise clients. References from past managers who can speak to measurable outcomes strengthen your case for both the role and the sponsorship conversation.

Find Customer Success at Cotiviti JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Cotiviti sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Success?
Yes, Cotiviti sponsors H-1B visas for Customer Success roles. The company has a track record of filing H-1B petitions across its technology and analytics functions, and Customer Success is among the included areas. If you receive an offer, your employer initiates the Labor Condition Application with the DOL before USCIS processes the petition, so confirming that sequence early in the offer conversation is practical.
How do I apply for Customer Success jobs at Cotiviti?
You can find and apply for Cotiviti's open Customer Success roles through Migrate Mate, which surfaces verified sponsorship-friendly openings alongside each listing. Applications go directly through Cotiviti's careers portal. Tailor your application to reflect experience with enterprise client management, ideally in healthcare technology or analytics, since those verticals map closely to Cotiviti's core business.
Which visa types does Cotiviti commonly use for Customer Success roles?
Cotiviti sponsors H-1B, EB-2, EB-3, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN, and J-1 visa types across its workforce, including Customer Success. For early-career candidates, F-1 OPT and CPT are common entry points. The TN visa is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying specialty occupations. H-1B sponsorship is available for longer-term employment, subject to USCIS cap requirements and lottery selection.
What qualifications does Cotiviti expect for Customer Success roles?
Cotiviti typically looks for candidates with experience managing enterprise or health plan accounts, familiarity with SaaS platforms or data analytics tools, and strong communication skills for working with complex clients. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field supports H-1B specialty occupation eligibility. Demonstrated outcomes like improved retention rates, successful onboarding programs, or escalation resolution carry significant weight in the interview process.
How do I time my application if my OPT or visa status is expiring soon?
If your F-1 OPT is running out, factor in that a full hiring cycle at Cotiviti can take eight to twelve weeks from application to offer. STEM OPT extensions give you up to 24 additional months of work authorization, but your employer must be enrolled in E-Verify to qualify. Starting your job search well before your authorization expires gives you the most flexibility to complete the process without a gap.
