Job Roles at Endeavor Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Endeavor Visa Sponsorship USA
Target corporate and operations functions
Holding companies like Endeavor centralize functions such as finance, strategy, legal, and technology at the corporate level. These departments often have the most consistent need for specialized talent and are the most likely sources of sponsored roles.
Understand Endeavor's portfolio structure
Endeavor operates across multiple subsidiaries and brands. Sponsored positions may sit within any of these entities, so research the full portfolio and apply broadly across business units, not just the parent company name.
Position your H-1B eligibility clearly
Endeavor sponsors H-1B visas, which require specialty occupation status. Emphasize how your degree directly connects to the role in your application materials, since conglomerates often face more scrutiny on specialty occupation determinations.
Signal long-term value for Green Card consideration
Endeavor has initiated Green Card sponsorship for select hires. Candidates who demonstrate strategic, hard-to-replace expertise are better positioned for immigrant visa support. Highlight skills that would take years to transfer to another employee.
Search for visa-sponsored openings on Migrate Mate
Conglomerates don't always flag sponsorship availability in job postings. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors like Endeavor so you can filter by real sponsorship history rather than guessing from job descriptions alone.
Align with high-demand business units
Endeavor's entertainment, sports representation, and events divisions drive growth, which translates into hiring demand. Targeting roles tied to revenue-generating business lines improves your odds of landing a sponsored position within the organization.

Does Endeavor sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Endeavor sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an established track record of supporting international employees through this pathway, particularly in corporate, technology, and specialized operational roles. If you hold a relevant degree and are applying for a specialty occupation role, Endeavor is a realistic H-1B sponsorship target worth pursuing.
What visa types does Endeavor sponsor?
Endeavor sponsors both H-1B nonimmigrant visas and employment-based Green Cards, covering the EB-2 and EB-3 preference categories. H-1B sponsorship is more common and typically available for specialty occupation roles. Green Card sponsorship is reserved for longer-tenured employees or candidates with particularly specialized expertise that is difficult to source domestically.
Which departments or roles at Endeavor are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
As a holding company and conglomerate, Endeavor's sponsored roles tend to cluster in corporate functions, including finance, business strategy, data analytics, legal, and technology. Roles requiring advanced degrees or highly specialized skill sets are the most likely candidates for sponsorship. Positions within subsidiary brands tied to entertainment and sports operations may also offer pathways.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Endeavor?
The most reliable way to find sponsored roles at Endeavor is through Migrate Mate, which tracks companies with verified sponsorship histories and lets you filter job listings accordingly. Because large conglomerates don't always advertise sponsorship availability in their postings, using a platform built around sponsorship data gives you a significant advantage over applying through general job boards.
How do I strengthen my application when targeting Endeavor for sponsorship?
Research which Endeavor subsidiary aligns with your background, since the company operates across a wide range of industries. Clearly document how your degree maps to the specific role, as this is essential for H-1B eligibility. Emphasize specialized, long-term value in your application materials, particularly if you're hoping to eventually pursue Green Card sponsorship down the line.
