Job Roles at Kestra Financial Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Kestra Financial Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles aligned with Green Card sponsorship
Kestra Financial's sponsorship activity centers on permanent residence pathways rather than temporary work visas. Focus your applications on professional roles in finance, operations, or technology where EB-2 or EB-3 eligibility is most likely to be supported.
Understand the EB-2 and EB-3 distinction before applying
Kestra Financial sponsors both EB-2 and EB-3 categories. Knowing which applies to your qualifications, advanced degree for EB-2, skilled worker for EB-3, helps you position your application and set realistic expectations for the sponsorship timeline.
Highlight specialized financial industry expertise
In a holding company and conglomerate structure like Kestra Financial's, roles requiring niche expertise in wealth management, compliance, or financial technology tend to attract sponsorship consideration. Lead with credentials that demonstrate depth, not just breadth.
Search for open roles at verified sponsors
Not all job listings disclose sponsorship willingness upfront. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you prioritize Kestra Financial roles where Green Card support is a documented possibility.
Engage early and ask direct sponsorship questions
Because Kestra Financial operates across multiple business lines under a conglomerate structure, sponsorship decisions can vary by department. Ask recruiters early whether the specific role and team have supported Green Card sponsorship for international candidates before.

Does Kestra Financial sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, Kestra Financial does not have a track record of sponsoring H-1B visas. Its documented sponsorship activity is focused on permanent residence through the EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based Green Card categories. If you need H-1B sponsorship specifically, it is worth confirming directly with the company's HR team before applying.
What visa types does Kestra Financial sponsor?
Kestra Financial sponsors employment-based Green Cards under the EB-2 and EB-3 preference categories. EB-2 is typically available to professionals with advanced degrees or exceptional ability, while EB-3 covers skilled workers with at least two years of relevant experience. There is no documented H-1B sponsorship activity on record for this company.
Which departments or roles at Kestra Financial are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Kestra Financial operates as an independent wealth management platform, so roles in financial services, compliance, technology, and operations are the most plausible candidates for sponsorship consideration. Positions requiring specialized expertise that is difficult to source domestically tend to be stronger candidates for employer-sponsored Green Card support under PERM labor certification.
How do I find open jobs at Kestra Financial that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most efficient way to find roles at Kestra Financial that align with verified sponsorship history. Rather than sifting through job listings that rarely disclose sponsorship upfront, Migrate Mate filters employers by their actual Green Card and visa filing records, so you can apply with confidence that sponsorship is a realistic possibility.
How do I navigate the Green Card application timeline at Kestra Financial?
Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 at a company like Kestra Financial typically involves three stages: PERM labor certification with the Department of Labor, I-140 immigrant petition with USCIS, and adjustment of status or consular processing once a visa number is available. The full process can take several years, so securing and maintaining valid work authorization throughout is critical. Discuss the timeline with an immigration attorney early.
