Target roles that align with ERM's core service lines
ERM's sponsorship activity concentrates in technical and consulting disciplines, environmental science, engineering, and sustainability advisory. Applying to roles directly tied to these practice areas puts you in the strongest position for visa support.
Highlight technical credentials relevant to environmental consulting
ERM operates in a highly credentialed industry. Emphasizing licenses, advanced degrees, or specialized certifications in environmental science or engineering signals you're a strong candidate worth the investment of visa sponsorship in this sector.
Ask specifically about Green Card pathways during the offer stage
ERM has a track record of sponsoring both EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards. If long-term U.S. residency is your goal, raise this during the offer negotiation, established sponsors in professional services often have structured processes for this.
Use Migrate Mate to find ERM's open roles with confirmed sponsorship history
Searching broadly wastes time on employers who don't sponsor. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and go into your ERM application knowing their track record before you apply.

Find Environmental Resources Management JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Environmental Resources Management sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Environmental Resources Management sponsors H-1B visas. ERM operates in the environmental and sustainability consulting space, where specialized technical roles in engineering and environmental science commonly qualify as specialty occupations under H-1B criteria. Sponsorship decisions are made on a role-by-role basis, so it's worth confirming directly with their recruiting team when you receive an offer.
Which visa types does Environmental Resources Management sponsor?
ERM sponsors a range of visa categories including H-1B, E-3, Green Card pathways (EB-2 and EB-3), F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. This broad coverage makes ERM a viable option for international candidates at different career stages, from recent graduates on OPT to experienced professionals seeking long-term U.S. residency through an employer-sponsored Green Card.
What types of roles at Environmental Resources Management are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at ERM tends to follow the company's core service lines: environmental consulting, engineering, sustainability advisory, and related technical disciplines. Roles requiring specialized academic backgrounds, such as environmental science, civil or chemical engineering, or ecology, are the most natural fit for visa sponsorship given the specialty occupation requirements most work visas demand.
How do I find open jobs at Environmental Resources Management that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most efficient way to find ERM roles with a confirmed sponsorship track record. Rather than sifting through generic job listings with no visibility into immigration history, Migrate Mate lets you browse verified sponsors directly, so you can apply to ERM with confidence that they've supported candidates with your visa type before.
How do I approach the sponsorship conversation with Environmental Resources Management during the hiring process?
Raise your visa situation early, ideally in the initial recruiter screen, so ERM's team can assess fit before both sides invest significant time. ERM operates in a project-driven consulting model, so hiring timelines can move quickly. Being upfront about your visa type, your current authorization status, and any upcoming deadlines (like OPT expiration) helps their team plan accordingly and avoids surprises at the offer stage.
