Responsibilities
- Address and resolve issues or irregularities that occur during SAP month-end closing processes
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for new change initiatives
- Make system changes and enhancements to meet shifting business needs within SAP
- Offer expert input to colleagues on the viability and rollout of new SAP functionalities
- Analyze proposed solutions for their impact and risk to ensure alignment with company goals
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, demonstrating advanced proficiency
- At least 2 years of experience in leading and managing technical or functional teams
- Participation in at least 2 end-to-end SAP project implementations or involvement in multiple project phases across different initiatives
- Experience overseeing space and occupancy management in SAP REFX for optimal resource allocation
- Expertise in managing service charge settlements for accurate financial outcomes
- Knowledge of subleasing processes and their integration within SAP REFX
- Understanding of planning and budgeting activities, including PS module connections in REFX
- Ability to design custom KPI reporting solutions in REFX, with a thorough grasp of the data model
- Direct experience with IFRS 16 valuation in SAP environments
- Team-oriented approach with a focus on open communication and shared success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration
- Strong organizational capabilities to manage competing priorities and tasks
- Independent and self-driven in handling assignments and responsibilities
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+ or higher) for both written and spoken communication
